Weavers Morris and You
So what can Weavers Morris do for you? Well two things:
1) As an event promoter, we can dance at your event
2) As a prospective dancer / musician we can teach you to Morris Dance!
In the past, Weavers morris have danced at events rangings from Beer Festivals to Folk Festivals, Village fetes to Weddings.
During our dancing season (Mid-May - Mid-September normally) our diary gets filled up quickly so make sure you're in there now!
We can provide one or two slots of dance, about 20-30minutes each, both traditional morris dance and also crowd participation dances
All we ask for in return is a reasonable sized 'floor space' which can be grass or concrete etc

Weavers Morris is always delighted to have new dancers come along.
Don't worry if you've never done it before, as most members of Weavers had never clashed a stick in anger before joining!
During the Winter months we practice at the Victory Swimming Pool in North Walsham (near to the railway station) on a Thursday evening, 7:30 - 9:00
If you want to come along then could you first make contact with Weavers Morris so that we know when to expect you and can help if you need directions etc
